You can secure your students' room now without paying any fees for the next academic year. If the situation is still unstable and your students' plans change, you can cancel your booking. There will be no cancellation fee. Londonist are making sure that you have the flexibility to pay the deposit until 01/6/2020 to confirm your booking. Once you confirm your booking, you don’t need to worry about your instalment payment either, you have the flexibility to pay the first instalment until 29/6/2020.
